Description
This Quagga Zebra oil painting is a framed original oil painting on canvas. It’s named Quagga after an extinct African Zebra. It’s beautiful against the background of dark umber, intertwined with subtle green and sienna colors. Quagga comes framed and ready to hang in a black floater frame.
Quagga Zebra Oil Painting Inspiration
This Zebra was also part of the Naples Zoo, referred to as Caribbean Gardens, which was under threat from the recent hurricane, Irma. Although the Zoo has suffered extensive damage, due to the zookeeper’s hurricane readiness, reportedly all animals are safe. This zebra was photographed at the same time as Tina A Stoffel’s prize-winning Pantaleon Lion Painting.
All of my artwork is hand-drawn and created with healing energy and it will remain with the painting throughout its life.
