This Endurance Polar Bear painting was chosen to represent Chapter 4 in the My Wild Life Book. This was chosen because it was the most fitting for the subjects in this chapter which was also a time when we went through a blizzard.

Through my research, I discovered the polar bear is claimed to be symbolic of

• strength
• courage
• determination
• endurance
• acceptance
• surrender

It also represents gratitude and perseverance in the toughest environments.
