November 4 Gratitude Challenge

At the age of 17 I healed myself from a deep grieving depression. I was at rock bottom, but had an unforgettable experience that changed everything.

After time passed, I built an interest in helping others get unstuck, but I wasn’t sure how.

Explaining the Vortex Painting

Finally the idea came to me when I created this painting , and wrote and self published my first book, My Wild Life, last year. My goal is to get a newer edited version on public platforms in the future.

Since I still have books on hand from the private run of prints I had made. I am giving myself permission to Allow this to happen when the time is right.

You can learn more about the Vortex painting posted above here: https://tinasfinearts.com/product/the-vortex/.

The My Wild Life Book is authentic and raw. You can read more details about it here: https://tinasfinearts.com/my-wild-life.

Wishing you a wonderful day.

Tina Adams Stoffel

Tina Stoffel

As seen reflected in her paintings Tina A Stoffel connects deeply with nature, animals, and music. As explained in her upcoming book, creating art has been Tina's lifelong passion. She says creating art has a meditative effect, bringing her peace and happiness where time often seems to disappear. Tina's goal is creating work that brings that same peace and happiness to others along with generating environmental and animal awareness. Her subjects are primarily focused around seascapes, beaches, wildlife and animals. She takes great pride in the quality of her work, often stretching her own canvases and using professional quality artist materials.
