The Reason Why I Paint Animals
Most of my paintings include animals. The reason why I paint animals because like all nature, I am drawn to them.
- I’m intrigued by the way we interact with animals and am also drawn to their beauty.
- I feel a deep connection with animals and feel we are all connected.
- I like to advocate admiring their beauty by displaying art instead of trophy hunting.
- I like to view how intricate and perfect they are created.
Observing wild animals, from sea life such as dolphins and egrets to wild Lions and Zebras, intrigues me. The number of different species astounds me. Recently I observed two vultures showing the sweetest affection for each other. Who would’ve guessed vultures can be cute? Our ability to build trust and connect with other animals amazes me.
