Suicide
It’s often an uncomfortable topic, but since it’s national suicide awareness month, let’s talk about it.
Did you know I was once suicidal as a teenager? Although I used to be embarrassed and hid it. I’m now coming forth to reach out to others. For me, I tried committing suicide multiple times. I had things happen that crushed my dreams and confidence leaving me feeling hopeless without the will to live.

How did I beat suicide?
After my final attempt, I had an experience that resonated with me. Some will refer to it as a spiritual experience. My largest showpiece painting for the upcoming My Wild Life Exhibition represents this very instance that I had a change of heart. I can’t wait to show you. It will be available to view during my October exhibition at RobertKent Galleries located in Marietta, Georgia.
