Special Art Exhibition Announcement

The Big Art Exhibition Announcement

Moving forward, I couldn’t be more excited to tell you that my special art exhibition announcement is that I am working on a very big May 2020 project.

What is it?

  • An inspirational life story that will show how I prevailed over many challenges and traumas to pursue my dream as an artist
  • Humorous content
  • Content dealing with abuse, racism, bullies, and more
  • Planned book to accompany the exhibition
  • When? May 2020
  • Where? RobertKent Art Galleries
  • Title: My Wild Life

Although this project including a book and special art exhibition is about my personal experiences, they are experiences relatable to many people. In addition to helping you understand my art, my goal is to inspire and encourage others to pursue their dreams and passions, to become the best version of you. If I can do it, so can you. I mean that from the bottom of my heart.

You can follow me along in my journey on Facebook and Instagram where I often post relevant content about the project. More than just art, I am sharing motivations, mantras, writings, and music.

My Oil Painting Studio Tools

As an oil painter, I use a variety of studio tools. These are many of the items I will be using in my project.

Deciding on color combinations

Above, you can see me analyzing color possibilities (done with each painting) to include in my new Honeysuckle Scent painting which was just finished. It seems there are endless numbers of color combinations.

New Art

Most of this week was spent organizing my studio and painting this newly finished honeysuckle painting delivered to RobertKent Art Galleries where I will be a July Art Walk featured artist. I’ll be painting live too. These events are so much fun. I hope to see you there.

I mean, I cleaned and organized almost everything. Ta-Dah!

Since my big art exhibition announcement is telling a compelling story, most of the work relating to My Wild Life Exhibition will be kept private until the viewing during the May 2020 exhibition.  Therefore, my paintings may seem to slow a bit, but rest assured, I’m still plugging away. I’ll try to show partial or cropped content so you can get an idea of the work. Firm dates will be announced as the time gets closer which is likely this coming fall.

Hope you are enjoying your summer so far and I hope you will follow me on this journey.  If you enjoyed this, please forward to a friend.
