Regeneration Starfish Painting Details

Chosen to represent chapter 14 in the My Wild Life book and art exhibition because this starfish painting is symbolic of regenerating ourselves after challenging times. Did you know that most starfish can regenerate a broken limb?

Claimed to resemble divine love and produce energy of guidance and inspiration, and self-renewal, this starfish was chosen to represent the time when we overcome setbacks and put ourselves together again.

Hidden Images

Based on my imagination, I carefully created this painting. Creating a view up through the water challenged me. Angels appeared in the paint strokes for a while, but it wasn’t what I wanted yet. Although you can’t see the angels after my final tweaks, I take comfort knowing they were there.

Also, there are two lovers that appeared as I was creating this piece, but I will leave that for you to discover. They were left there as a subtle image and to remind us that sometimes we have to give love a chance again.
