Description
Introducing you to the Portal Diptych Painting
You can completely relax and let your imagination run free with this Portal Diptych Painting. Flowing blue harmonious surreal abstract colors adorn this canvas which is part of my Purification mini-series.
Bonus
With the sides painted white, you can display these separately in multiple ways. You may interpret it differently, but the sideways display reminds me of water, and vertically alone is interesting. My favorite display option is with its partner, Left Portal which I’ll post tomorrow. Together I thought they looked like trees with an opening to a portal or mysterious area that lies ahead. I just happened to be painting them together as I saw the portal develop. This is what I enjoyed most about these paintings.
This new mini Purification series was created to offer you something a little different. You can rest assured I will still continue with my realism paintings. As a matter of fact, I”m back to it already, painting some local scenery for one of the local galleries I work with.
My goal here was to create abstracts somewhat mimicking water and a relaxing flow.
I look forward to showing you the rest.
Thank you for your continued support. Please share if you enjoy this.
