Magical Spring Hike

My Magical Spring Hike

Yesterday was such a nice warm welcome after a cold winter. With the sun shining and temperatures around 70 degrees with a slight breeze caressing our skin, we decided to take a hike at a nearby National park which is connected to Kennesaw Mountain.

The beautiful freshly leafed trees were a sight to see, especially the native flowering dogwoods. We saw several friendly dogs along the way too.

Near the end of our hike, we heard someone behind us state they were coming through on their horses. When I turned around, I was breath taken by their beauty. Of course, I asked to take photos and they thanked me for asking permission.

The horses warmed up to us right away. One thing I love about animals is their natural instincts around people.  They truly tune into your energy. I’d like to thank the owners for their kind generosity. This made my day extra magical. I plan to paint them someday.

Wishing you all the best.

She says creating art has a meditative effect, bringing her peace and happiness where time often seems to disappear. Tina's goal is creating work that brings that same peace and happiness to others along with generating environmental and animal awareness. Her subjects are primarily focused around seascapes, beaches, wildlife and animals. She takes great pride in the quality of her work, often stretching her own canvases and using professional quality artist materials.
