Immune System Tips

With all the fear caused by COVID, I feel the urge to share some helpful information I’ve discovered with you.

Let me introduce you to Self Heal.

When I read that it can help inhibit viruses and bacteria from replicating in our own bodies, this grabbed my full attention. Since most doctors are trained in western pharmaceutical medicine, I find most aren’t familiar with this information. As you should do with anything, you’ll have to do your own research and check and make sure it doesn’t interact with any medical conditions, or medication you’re taking.

Most of you know me as an artist and author, but I’ve always had an interest in health and sharing helpful information with other people.

Also, I’ve had decades of interest in the healing properties of herbs. Right about the time that COVID 19 was making itself known to the population, I discovered this herb, Self Heal, with promising healing properties.

Yes, I am an artist and not a doctor but I’ve done a lot of research throughout the years. Although I encourage you to do your own research and always check with your health care provider, most things I read about this herb is that it’s not known to interact with other medications other than possibly blood thinners.

Please note that this is not a replacement for emergency medical attention. I like to think of it as a helpful preventative. So far I’ve been taking it regularly since COVID-19 made itself shown and I’ve not been sick. However, I did give some to friends recently after exposure to the virus and I think it was a little too late because they are very ill.

I continue to believe that your inner health is your 1st line of defense but encourage you, that if you are ill, to please seek proper medical attention.

I hope this helps you and your loved ones or anyone that needs it to stay in tip top shape with their health.

Meanwhile, I am in the studio working on another painting. This is just the very beginning stages of it and it will evolve quite a bit, becoming a blonde horse with turquoise headgear. I saw this beauty while hiking this summer and just knew I had to paint it.

If you enjoyed this post please feel free to share it. Wishing you all the best.
