Don’t Miss Fun Friday Events
This is short notice, I know, but there are a lot of Fun Friday Events events happening this Friday during the Marietta Square Art Walk, May 4th, 2018. It’s more than art. Here is the run down.
- 7 & 8pm Markay Gallery Fashion Show
- 6-8 pm My kids teen band MDH SHIFT Plays
- At sometime, the Atlanta Blaze Lacrosse Team will be at The Marietta Square

FASHION SHOW
I’m honored to be a guest artist at Markay Gallery’s Fashion show. I adore the owner and her fun creative vision. They are located behind the Cobb Museum of Art. My art will consist of a series of small Fashion Leg works which are currently being uploaded to my website under the Figurative menu found here: Figurative Art/Paintings
There’s More
I’m also honored that I will probably have a few small pieces at Robert Kent Galleries. Robert is a very kind man and happens to be from my hometown. He recently sold two of my small seascapes and I look forward to working with him in the future. The pieces I have submitted to him are animal/mother’s day oriented. I’ll probably be at his place prior to the 6pm fashion show, then I plan to head to Markay Gallery and may return back to Robert Kent if time permits.
MDH SHIFT Music
Lastly, my kids teen band, newly titled MDH SHIFT, consists of mostly 15 yr olds and my son that is the 13 year old drummer will be playing on the corner of Whitlock and Westpark (Church Street Changes names here) across from Marietta Pizza Company. See, you can have pizza and enjoy them.
They have been working hard together for about 4 years now. Please come show them some love. I’m very proud of them. Although I don’t have recent photos, you know teens won’t let you photograph them, I have uploaded a few Youtube videos throughout the year.
