Description

Join us for this Powerful Painting Release where you can learn to release trapped negative emotions and feelings that are holding you back from stepping into your true power.

Did you know that negative emotions vibrate at a lower frequency? There is a lot of collective fear in the world over many things mostly related to COVID-19 and politics. Many have lost jobs, loved ones, and fear for their safety, but fear vibrates low and holds us back.

Lissette Perry and I will show you how to work with your energy to help you step into a higher vibration.

Transforming

Once you release this energy you create room for higher vibrating energies. Lissette and I will show you how you can get a good start into transforming your higher self.

Have Some Fun

We are going to release and have some fun. Bring what you have or look at the suggestions. We will work with whatever supplies you have on hand. We will do things from scribbling to splattering, so you can use whatever you have on hand. I highly suggest at least a black marker. However, you will have your best experiences with the following:

  • Store-bought watercolors
  • Watercolor and bristle brush
  • Black Marker
  • Colored Markers

Alternative options

  • Acrylic Paint
  • Oil Paint
  • Pastels-works great with watercolors
  • Colored Pencils
  • Watercolor pencils

Pay What You Can

While this has significant value, we truly want to help you learn to release. This is a beta test and we are offering to you as a Pay What You Can option. Lissette and I are both professionals and appreciate any amount you decide to give.

Wishing you all the best in life,

Tina Adams Stoffel

Tina Stoffel

As seen reflected in her paintings Tina A Stoffel connects deeply with nature, animals, and music. As explained in her upcoming book, creating art has been Tina's lifelong passion. She says creating art has a meditative effect, bringing her peace and happiness where time often seems to disappear. Tina's goal is creating work that brings that same peace and happiness to others along with generating environmental and animal awareness. Her subjects are primarily focused around seascapes, beaches, wildlife and animals. She takes great pride in the quality of her work, often stretching her own canvases and using professional quality artist materials.
