All works artworks are automatically copyrighted upon creation. While I do retain the rights to my work, for an extra fee, I will be happy to do an exclusive piece for an extra fee upon written agreement. As always, I love shares, so feel free to share any of my images with proper attribution, ie. Credit my name and a link back would be nice.
Shipping
Shipping will be charged to the buyer. Charges are according to the size and weight of the piece of work.
Warranty
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your purchased, you may return any undamaged art, at your expense within 15 days of the shipping date. You also must include insurance on all returned shipments at your cost.
Damaged Shipments
Shipping insurance is provided with all shipments. If artwork arrives damaged, it may be repaired or may possibly need to be recreated. Please contact me immediately regarding any damages.
